About
About Arokiadas
Arokiadas Management and Services Private Limited (AM&S) is a software company of the AI era, in Bengaluru, incorporated on 30 September 2026. We use AI at every stage of our work to make affordable software that runs the day-to-day work of small and medium businesses: made for one business, or ready-made for an industry.
Where it started
Our first system was built inside Krantiveer Gymnastics Academy in Bengaluru, to run its fees, attendance, payroll and accounts when nothing on the market fitted. It has run the academy every day since May 2026 and became our first product, Baton. That is the pattern we keep: build it for one business, run it until it is boringly reliable, then offer it to others.
How we work
Made to fit
We start from how you work, not from what a template allows.
AI first
We use AI at every stage of the work, and pass the saving on to you.
People in charge
We design, review and test every part, and stay responsible for it after launch.
Plain English
Proposals, screens and invoices you can read without a glossary.
Your data in India
Records and backups are stored in India. If an AI helper uses an outside AI service, we tell you which one and what it sees.
Small, deliberately
You deal with the people who build and run your system.
